DGJ Bali PMA is the corporate entity for acquring, managing, and develop properties in Bali and beyond (Sumba ) . With the brand LUX-IS we managing our own villas in Bali.

With the historical brand ARKITECNA we are over 40 years in Indonesia - Bali, with our first villa built in 1977 in Sanur .With the diversification of the business and the enw opportunities that are arising in the beautiful Indonesia , has been incorporated in 2019 the DGJ Bali PMA , Indonesia company that own and manage under its "umbrella" the properties in Bali, the new acquisitions in the Island of Gods, and the new development in Sumba .

LUX-IS is just the brand that entirely and only manage Villas and Villas rental.

Our vision is to extend the range and offers of Villas, beach club and small resort in Bali and Sumba.
